General Species Description: Reproduction Comments:Clutch size 5-10 (usually 6-8) in north, usually 4-5 in south. Incubation about 22 days, by both sexes. Immature may help parents protect and feed younger siblings (Stiles and Skutch 1989). Ecology Comments:Solitary or in family groups (Stiles and Skutch 1989).
